2023 Spring All-Star Classic

April 16

Every year HBCA member coaches vote on senior players in their District to determine who is named to the All-District team and as Regional All-Stars. While being named to the All-District Team is a great achievement, only the Regional All-Stars are invited to participate in our annual Spring All-Star Classic game, which will be held at North Daviess High School in Elnora, Indiana, this year.

You can pre-order your tickets for $7, by clicking the link below. Tickets will also be available at the gate for $7 as well. Each ticket will be good for both games! Once again ISC sports network will stream both All-Star games. You can go to https://www.iscsportsnetwork.com to purchase the stream. We will push out direct stream link and cost the week of the All-Star Game.

• 10:00 - 10:30 AM: Players report and pick up uniforms

• 10:30 - 12:00 PM: Team Practices

  • Girls 10:30 - 11:15 (Lunch Following 11:15 - 11:45)

  • Boys 11:15 - Noon (Lunch Following - 12:00 - 12:30

• 12:30 PM: Induction of 2023 HBCA Hall of Excellence Class

  • Pat Mckee, Marty Niehaus, Mel Good, Scott Smith, & Johnnie Bartley

• 1:10 PM: Recognition of All-Stars and Coaches-of-the-Year 

• 1:30 PM : Guest Speaker (Coach Pat Rady Sr.)

• 2:15 PM: Girls Game Tip-off

• 4:00 PM: Boys Game Tip-off

It is a firm belief by all members of the HBCA that academics play a pivotal role in making a well-rounded basketball player and that tremendous effort in the classroom should be recognized.

Teams with at least a 3.0 GPA and players with at least a 3.2 GPA are eligible for placement on the honors court.
